In-Store Return (if applicable): If you made your purchase at a physical store, please bring the unopened, unused product along with the original receipt for a full refund.
Online Return (if applicable):
For online purchases, we will issue a return shipping label via email. You can use this label to send back the unopened, unused product.
Verification and Action:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to confirm they meet our return criteria. After verification, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days, using your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).
What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded?
Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products.
Missing Original Receipt (In-Store Purchases): The original receipt is required for in-store returns to verify the purchase.
Late Returns: Returns for unopened, unused items made after 15 days cannot be accepted.
Incorrect or Damaged Items Reported Late: Please ensure you notify us within 7 days of delivery for any incorrect or damaged items.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your online order at any time before it has shipped. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped, at which point our return policy will apply.
